At Acorn Bob Threads, our mission is to provide high-quality, custom pet shirts to our customers while promoting responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.
Some dogs (like Bob), need clothes to cover their bare skin, protecting them from the outdoor elements or just to keep warm. Others love to wear clothes for the fun of it and some just do it for their people.

When Bob was a young lad, he stumbled back into the house from a brief backyard jaunt. Bob's new strange limp and lack of coordination worried his mom, Candy. Picking Bob up, she inspected his foot. When Bob was a young lad, he stumbled back into the house from a brief backyard jaunt. Bob's new strange limp and lack of coordination worried his mom, Candy. Picking Bob up, she inspected his foot. His Metacarpal Pad was visibly swollen, a strange shade of brown and very hard. Candy tried to inspect and alleviate his little pad, but to no avail. Bob was very uncomfortable - It was straight to the vet for Bob.
The veterinarian carefully looked Bob over. They too were concerned as they manipulated his little foot and pad. The vet was puzzled and noted that they needed to take Bob in the back for further evaluation. As the vet and Bob went to leave, the vet began to laugh. Through their laughter, the vet presented Bob's mom with an acorn shell. Apparently, Bob stepped onto an acorn and lodged his pad tightly into the shell. After final inspection, Bob was given a full bill of health and he has since dubbed the nick name, Acorn Bob!
Acorn Bob Threads was created in Bob's name, as Bob loves to wear clothes. It is said that Bob has his own dresser full of custom made clothes. Bob and Candy would now like to branch out and offer clothes for other pooches that love to flaunt what they wear (whether for warmth or fashion).

How do you order? First, contact Candy to discuss your needs. Once she knows more about your fur baby (breed, size, etc.) and what you want (outfit type, fabric, design, etc.) she will get to work making it a reality. All pieces are custom made for you!
